Easter Fun

Dalton got an new back pack.

Zane got a new skateboard.

Dalton was still tired, but loved what he got.

Zane got all new gear.

Then we went to the Garcia's and the boys went swimming.

Crawfish

We went to the Flattmann's last night for a crawfish boil.  We all love to go and eat.  Zane and I do not eat the crawfish but we eat everything else.  Dalton and Brian love the crawfish and all the other stuff.

David and Jamie told Dalton last night they are going to make him a Cajun.  He is well on his way.

Good Friday is Egg Coloring Day

We did our 11th annual egg coloring, at our house on Friday.  I have always colored eggs myself for as long as I can remember.  Now I have done this with my boys and there friends since we could.

So we started with 4 cartons of 18 boiling.

Then it was time to get our coloring cups ready to go.

Time to color, we had 11 kids around the table coloring.

After all this fun we headed to the river.  It has been so hot here the river felt great.

Crazy Boys

I like to listen to no shoes radio in the kitchen on the computer.  So when I do that it inspires my silly boys to sing, dance and play air guitar.

They make me smile so much.  I am so thankful to have these two awesome little and getting bigger everyday men in my life.

Last Friday some us ladies got together to hang with Rita.  She is doing so well.  We are very thankful for how her treatments have been going.

We had a great night and it was nice to hang out with everyone.

Baseball

Dalton has still been playing baseball.  His team is a first year team, so we are still having a few growing pains.  They are getting better with each tourney.

Dalton is in a horrible batting slump.  He has no confidence.  Brian has been working with him every night and he has had one hit in the last few tourneys.  It is so hard to watch, he wants to hit so bad.  We are proud of him for not giving up.

His pitching on the other hand has been pretty good.  He has so much more confidence than he has ever had before.  He knows he can strike people out and he has been.

The best thing is he is having lots of fun.  He is a fighter and will get himself out of this slump.  We have this weekend off so he has a weekend to keep working.
